A few guidelines that will help to ensure a smooth start:
- your practice begins when you walk onto the yoga mat
- if you are new to yoga classes, please discuss with us which session would be most appropriate to meet your needs
- please come half an hour early for your first class so that we can run through the basics of yoga practice
- wear light and comfortable clothes, so that you can move comfortabably
- for the class we will provide everything (mats, blankets, cushions, props etc.)
- do not eat a heavy meal before the class, in the morning you should eat something light to give you energy
- our classes start promptly – please ensure you are ready on your mat in time
- please turn off your mobile phone
- if you are late or need to leave early, please do so as quietly as possible to avoid disturbing the class
- always practice at your own pace, listen to your body and keep your heart open
