A few guidelines that will help to ensure a smooth
start:
• Your practice begins when you walk onto the yoga mat.
• If you are new to classes please discuss with us which
session would be
most appropriate to meet your needs.
• Please come half an hour early for your first class
so that we can run through the basics of yoga practice.
• Wear light and comfortable clothes, so that you can move comfortabably
• For the class we will provide everything (mats, blankets, cushions, props etc.)
• Do not eat a heavy meal before the class,
in the morning you should eat something light
to give you energy.
• Our classes start promptly – please ensure you
are ready on your mat in time.
• Please switch off your mobile phone.
• If you are late or need to leave early,
please do so as quietly as possible to avoid
disturbing the class.
• Always practice at your own pace. Listen
to your body and keep your heart open.
