Traditional Hatha Yoga sessions consisting of asanas, pranayama (breathing techniques), relaxation (Yoga-nidra) and meditation.
Pre-
and Post-natal Yoga
Yoga exercises and relaxation techniques can prepare you mentally
and physically for the birth by keeping you supple and fit. Yogic
breathing techniques are also believed to help raise the pain threshold.
Where necessary, certain asanas are adapted to accommodate the baby
and Dr Singhvi is qualified to advise and teach groups of expectant
mothers.
Childrens’
Yoga
Yoga is fun for kids and contributes to balanced growth through
music and movement. It helps children channel their energy towards
harmonious physical and mental development.
Special
needs / Therapeutic Yoga
Yoga is ideal for people with back problems, insomnia, osteoporosis,
migraines, stress-related syndromes, hormonal and nutritional problems
and hyperactive children.
